Energy is in everything and we vibrate energetically at a certain frequency. There are different energy levels such as emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. All vibrations produced operate at low and high frequencies. Vibrations paint a picture of an individual’s well being. Low frequency energy may feel heavy and an individual may experience issues with money, health, and maintaining positive relationships with others. High frequency energy feels lighter and positive things tend to happen in all areas of an individual’s life.

What affects your vibration

The million dollar question! There are many things that can affect your vibration. It’s important to recognize patterns and behaviors that may be hindering you. To start with, you should be mindful of the foods you are consuming. Avoiding junk food and focusing on foods with energetic properties will get you started in the right direction. Fruits and vegetables should be consume on a daily basis as well as drinking plenty of water. Also, it doesn’t hurt to drink certain herbal teas.

Your thoughts, words, and actions can make or break you. Whatever you focus on the most will always manifest in your life. The people you hang around have the power to shift your frequency. You have to choose your company wisely because you can absorb the energy of others. For example, you may be in a great mood, but when you get around certain individuals your mood may change. Energy vampires my friends!

Definitely, be mindful of the things you expose yourself to. Some individuals think the things they watch or the music they listen to have no bearing on them. I beg to differ! Whatever you expose yourself to has the potential to influence your energy levels in a negative or positive way. Choose wisely!

Raising your vibration

You can raise your vibration in many different ways. It’s best to pick practices that will work for you. Some possible options to incorporate into your day are:

  • Meditation
  • Reading positive affirmations
  • Exercising
  • Organizing your environment (de-clutter)
  • Expressing gratitude
  • Smiling
